Our FAQ section addresses the first line of support for all products.
Users should review this section prior to contacting the technical support
department. The FAQs can also be used for branded products purchased from one
of Global Serv Inc. Channel Partners.
- Hardware Manufacturer's and Channel Partners
In addition to our FAQs and Knowledge Base, your supplier will have more
information on your particular branded version of Global Serv's KVM switch
software.
- Contacting Support Directly
If you are still experiencing difficulties after reading our FAQ Sections,
Knowledge Base or contacting your supplier, you should contact GSI technical
support team directly. If you are running a branded version of the software,
please include or have your suppliers tracking number available when contacting
support.
- What's Covered
Generally we will cover software related issues. We do not provide
technical support services for the switch hardware. However, if you need support
for the hardware, our support engineers will provide technical support on a per
incident fee basis.
