HARDWARE COMPATIBILITY LIST The following provides a current list of KVM switch hardware that has been tested and deemed compatible with the advanced KVM switch management softwaredeveloped by Global Serv. Review section(s) on the software product version your are interested in purchasing. Click the "HCL" link to view the list of compatible KVM switches and other hardware that may be supported under that software version. PLEASE NOTE: Hardware testing is running at a very rapid pace. The following may not reflect the most current list of tested KVM switch devices. Contact our support team at Technical Support or Call ' (971) 238-0112 ' for the most recent and up-to-date list. Include the manufacturers name and switch brand in all electronic communications. SLACi for 'X Switch' SLACi for 'X Switch' solutions are designed to operate specific KVM switches. For example, SLACi for XP4000 supports the Cybex XP which later became known as Avocent's XP4000. If a SLACi for 'X Switch' solution is on the most current price list, Global Serv certified it on the Hardware Compatibility List (HCL). SLACi Pro Device Libraries The Device Library List will be posted with the official release of SLACi Pro. SLACi Clients User Workstations My KVM Networks See SLACi for 'X Switch' My KVM  (HCL) The My KVM software version for two port KVM switches may not have been tested with your switch. This does not suggest it will not operate correctly. Please check the ' Command List' to check if your current keyboard hot-key commands are listed, or send an email with contact information, the number of copies your would like and your keyboard hot-key command to the Customer Support department. My KVM Ports (HCL) The My KVM Ports version for four to sixteen port KVM switches may not have been tested with your switch. This does not suggest it will not operate correctly. Please check the ' Command List' to check if your current keyboard hot-key commands are listed, or send an email with your contact details, the number of copies you would like and a complete list of keyboard hot-key command sequences to the Customer Service Department. My KVM Switch (HCL) The My KVM Switch version is not currently available for download or shipment to public markets.
