Global Serv Inc. realizes few company's operate in a world where
the efficiency of customer satisfaction is 110%. We strive to be the best
believing there is a wealth of insight, knowledge and opportunity
for success in knowing what customers are saying about our
products and services. Customer comments, and complaints, offer
the contructive critisms organizations can utilize to
improve operations and service the customers best interest.
Therefore, we encourage customers at all levels to contact the
executive staff through one of the emails on this page. Voice
your opinion(s), whether positive or otherwise about any aspect of
our business, products and the services we provide.
Where Do My Comments & Questions Go?
They are forwarded to the CEO and executive staff members of
the particular project(s) and/or departments. They are not,
filtered by a gatekeeper who pre-screens customer communications
prior to forwarding them to department heads. To build a great
company, executives need to take responsibility and assure
corrective actions are being taken as required.
What Happens with Comments & Questions?
Comments, Questions and Complaints are reviewed in special committee
meetings directly
related to customer comments. These regular meetings are held on an
on-going basis. The executive team recognizes human nature and
that errors are made by everyone. Concious professionals with a
strong desire to improve naturally punish themselves. So, the
team doesn't need to travel that road. Instead, complaints are
used for two things. First and foremost, knowledge and discussion
of the necessary actions (constructive or corrective) required to
keep customers happy. And second, to bring customer perception to
the attention of the entire team at Global Serv.

The VP of Engineering is responsible for the entire lifecycle of
product development and quality assurance. Use this
address to send concerns or comments to engineering. Beta site
users should contact the Program Administrator.
- Retail Partners: Comments & Questions
If you have had an experience you would like to share about a
seller of Global Serv branded solutions, a sales representative
or a GSI employed sales person, the VP of Sales would like to

- Channel Partners and Product Manual Comments
The VP of Business Development and Marketing manages all other
channel partners. This includes systems integrators, private labeled
solutions and integrated technology licensed from Global Serv.
Marketing is also responsible for all external communications so
feel free to forward comments regarding product manuals and press
related issues. In managing new market development, there is also
an interest in hearing of new idea's and applications. Use this
