Much like Financial Trading applications, users in Development,
Q&A and many similar types of computer lab environments
all have unique functional demands. Global Serv translates
existing computer selection techniques into user defined
menthods configured around the way your users
operate.
Software driven selection solutions offer operators access to
the underlying control mechanisms. Fundamental switch controls
built into our products allow users to dymanically configure
custom command structures. Profiles are encrypted and can be
called on by external scripts, applications, application events
and executed by user's when they double click a saved profile
from within Windows Explorer.

Testing between a client computer, server and traffic generator
requires access to three displays focused on three computers.
"Each selected from several hundred attached to the switch
infrastructure." Global Serv software solutions offer the
option of enhancing the current method of selecting computers
"one-by-one"
at each display with Group Switching. Custom device groups offer users
Single-Action Switching™
which aligns multiple
computers to a group of user workstations - all with little
knowledge of the hardware and minimum user effort.
Setup Business Rules for Automated Switching
.
Set a single or dislpay group to act as a dynamic target.
Dynamic Target Display's (DTDs) are automatically
routed to different computers based on local events. For example,
a DTD will automatically change focus to a computer based on
user defined critical information from sources like a
Traffic Generator,
Financial Feed or
Credit Card Server
as soon as an interesting event occurs.
Integrated with Your Applications Managed Remote Management
automatically sends control of one or more computers to
technician(s) based on reaching certain metrices of application
activity, thresholds and performace parameters. As part of the
testing environment, users review system errors, take corrective
actions and re-initiate your business process with much better
efficiency and throughput.
