SLACi Remote Access Manager Overview
SLACi simplifies accessibility and operation of large diverse deployments of simple remote management infrastructures (SRMI), switched and switch-less out-of-band solutions and in-band remote control technologies.		Built in intelligence creates an end-to-end aware system enabling operators to Automate, Consolidate and Secure Remote Access with global Compliance Tracking.

Nine Remote Management Technologies include:

Operating systems with in-band CLI and GUI solutions via EMS1, TELNET2, SSH3 and Remote Desktop4 protocols.
Ethernet & router switches, moving away from RS2325 (and console servers) in favor of TCP/IP6 console ports.
Switch-less server maintenance ports7 from computer OEM vendors (Dell, HP, IBM and SUN) offering in-band access to the Graphical User Interface through HTTP/HTTPS.
Real time out-of-band operation of BIOS and I/O ports accessed through KVM/KVMoIP8.
