Managed Switching for Users & Remote Management Technologies
FAIL (the browser should render some flash content, not this).

Today, IT is at the center of every department ranging from revenue generation and support to management. Global Serv solutions assist technology intensive operations and organizations maintain high levels of uptime.

Uptime requires automation! A Network Aware Remote Management Achitecture provides the necessary infrastructure required to coordinate metrices of system health, routing and remote management in concert with user location, availability, responsibility and proficiency. Controlled Remote Management allow administrators to create business rules that when triggered, automatically routes computer control to an available technician.

Servers, Personnel & Interface Ambiguity
Equipment and personnel location is less an issue with the internet today. Knowing "Who-What-Where & When" about availability is the key to fine tuning manpower and contract requirements. Intelligence built into our software combined with your business rules work together to push server control directly to operators.

You Add the Business Rules .
Event Driven Automated Switching (eDAS) dynamically target user's so immediate attention can be given to critical network servers experiencing technical difficulties. Built-in listeners monitor local applications, user scripts and remote events along with computer & network health. Administrators define their own set of "User Access Availability Rules" . Over a dozen dynamics, systematically monitored and analyzed in the background prescribe high efficiency "Server to User Routing" rules directing computer management to the appropriate remote personnel.

In Follow-The-Sun Operations, administrators define who, when and where users will manage server maintenance during various clock cycles. Failover Forwarding dynamically assigns responsibility to alternate technicians. Forwarding can be assigned to an individual user, user groups, primary and secondary users or external contractors for server maintenance overflow control.

Integrated with Your Applications
Managed Remote Management integrated with your NMS or other software, you can send remote management of computers to technician(s) based on certain events captured by the application. Service Oriented Remote Management compliance assist users review server errors and take corrective actions faster! And, with greater efficiency compared to latency notification processes.
