EVP & VP of Engineering

Marvin Christensen is the company's VP of Engineering and a co-founder. Christensen leads the engineering team with a fifteen year background in software engineering, computer security and program management that extends both private and government sectors.

Christensen is responsible for development strategies and the overall platform architecture of Global Serv’s technology. Christensen has been involved with delivering and supporting encryption software, network monitoring software and managing enterprise application design at Silicon Valley start-ups. Mr. Christensen holds a BS in Electronic Engineering and MS in Computer Science.


VP of Marketing and Business Development

Sebastian Ainslie guides all aspects of developing protection models and licensing our intellectual property. Mr. Ainslie joins Global Serv as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development with over 10 years experience as a technology licensing and acquisition specialist. Mr. Ainslie is a strategist who has broad international experience with intellectual property, licensing, royalties, negotiating integrated software and hardware agreements and IP management.

Ainslie's background includes energy, banking, insurance, entertainment and technology markets. He previously held positions at Advent Software, Barclays, British Petroleum, Dolby where he helped license the Advanced Audio Codec technology to Apple for the iPod. Mr. Ainslie holds a BS degree from the City of London Polytechnic, England.
